Step 1
Sign up to GuardSME with a low-cost monthly subscription.
Your low-cost
subscription means you get direct access to GuardSME professionals for
advice, guidance and support. We don’t lock you in to long-term
contracts. After the initial 3 month period our memberships run on a month to
month basis.
Step 2
We come to your business to meet you and get to know your business needs.
GuardSME conducts a risk review in the initial meeting and provides
recommendations to help you minimise business risk.
Step 3
Call GuardSME anytime you have an employment or business risk query
And we’ll link you up with the relevant
consultant to provide advice, guidance and any recommended
course of action to manage risk. Quick and easy calls are included in your low
monthly subscription. We operate on a “fair usage” policy – we don’t limit you to a set number of
calls or a call duration.
Step 4
Your business reviews any recommended course of action
And chooses
whether or when to engage the relevant consultant (e.g. HR, Safety, Workers
Compensation, Return to Work, etc) to proceed with any consultancy services. You’ll be advised upfront if and when extra fees will be
incurred, so there are no surprises. If consultancy work is agreed, you'll
benefit from discounted rates. We charge local prices, not
corporate prices.
